THE FAMILY

Miss Bloody Mary Anne

Miss Bloody Mary Anne

Creator / Producer

kamee abrahamianMiss Bloody Mary Anne (Kamee Abrahamian) hails from an Armenian family of thespians, her parents always nurturing her creativity & individuality. Taking her from the dusty streets of Cairo, where she was first trained by Russian Bolshoi ballerinas, to the sweaty theatres of post soviet countries, where she spent most summers- her childhood was without a doubt unconventional. Having trained for 14 years in various forms of dance, she was able to easily transition into the world of cabaret. This travelling circus lifestyle prompted her to gravitate towards a vast medley of individuals with similar passions. Ms. BMA’s maternal approach to producing has allowed her to create a loving & supportive environment for the performers to reach their full potential as artists. Her charming presence on & off the stage inspires those around her to truly open themselves up to the Blood Ballet experience.

Libertine Rose has been with the BBC since 2011. After spending one evening watching Moulin Rouge and drinking wine with a girlfriend, a young arts graduate threw caution to the wind, her wine glass on the floor and declared “Vive la vie Boheme!” After waving goodbye to Theadore Tugboat and the crazy homeless man who proclaimed “Happy Saturday!” every Thursday and had long ago won her heart, she left her little harbour city for the wine-soaked haze of Montreal…not quite Paris, but along the same lines. However, working in a suburban Montreal office didn’t suit her yearning desire to be totally broke, call herself an artist, and give her daddy a heart attack by stripping on stage. So she did what any girl who lives her life according to debaucherous musicals would do: she quit and became a burlesque performer! Alas, Miss Libertine Rose was born, rising from the smouldering ashes of her office computer moniter which she promptly set a-fire.

Seraphina began fire spinning and fire dancing in 2006 when it was still fairly underground in Montreal. Her troupe and mentors back then have all reached successful heights, now being some of the best and most widely sought out performers in North America. She has had the chance to learn and work with some amazingly talented people. She is currently exploring difference aspects of fire performing, including fire burlesque and building a fire troupe with her partner Phoenix as well as other performers. She is adept at fire staff and fire fans, which she combines with her own unique dance style. As time progresses, she hopes to take on new fire tools and fresh moves.

Fire Phoenix has been a performer since the age of 12, as he began learning his spinning skills in a marching band. Drawn to the way of the Phoenix, he is constantly evolving and searing away all that must be changed or taken away. He is a raw and funny performer who also stimulates change through the fire arts that entertain those who are in need of it. He caters to a variety of events, including kids shows. His purpose in life is to create a network where fire teachers will always have a place to host, and where students will always have a safe and non-judgmental place to learn.

Fuhrious Nina

Fuhrious Nina

Actor / Burlesque Performer

a4_bur009Fuhrious Nina is young, naive and secretly sexy.  She is an old soul, and her acts show a thriving determination to show her true colours, while maintaining a natural frustration that comes with these feminine sultry situations.  She is comical and silly on stage, while having a 1950s flare that awes the audience. Depending on her character, she embodies complete and utter theatrical acting; specifically goofy and humorous.   Fuhrious Nina will devour and captivate an audience with her passionate eyes and bodacious curves.
